José comes from a traditional coffee family from norte de santander. He decided to move to Toledo, one of the municipalities with the best coffee in the department. Since 2012 José has been enjoying producing specialty coffee, working with his wife and three sons. José's vision is to impove quality day by day to be able to connect with clients abroad.
