Mónica studied a bachelor in agronomy and then went back to the farm to support her parents. In 2014, Mónica bought her coffee farm called el mirador with her husband. Mónica has two children, Danna and Juan Manuel. She produces high specialty coffees and would like to be a referent nationally for the high quality she produces .
