Luis José comes from a traditional coffee growing family. He works in his coffee farm with his wife Maria Consuelo López and his son Luis Bayron who are key in all the processes in the farm. all of them have been able to implement new technologies and improve the conditions of the farm. Luis José and his family are passionate about fermentation. He thinks that the way of being successful in coffee is by offering new flavors and different coffees. He is willing to find a client that values the coffee quality, and that he can improve the income of the farm and be able to keep improving the infrastructure to produce excellent coffees.
